CAC is proud to have the best High Range PCE admixture for Self Compacting Mixes.

We recently conducted a series of trials for one of the reputed Readymix Company in Dubai. Apart from basic parameters like Workablity, Retention, V-Funnel etc, we also analyzed the Rheology parameters including Plastic Viscosity and Static Yield Stress.

Our product CAC - Hyperfluid R along with CAC - VMA (Viscosity Modifying Admixture) proved to deliver the best of fresh concrete properties.

This R&D ensures that even 66% GGBS mixes will be pumped with ease. It has a huge impact on fuel consumption on pumping, and tangible reduction in pump breakdowns and maintenance.

What happens to your site work when your concrete pump with 120 m pipe length gets choked? Ever been at that situation?

When your pipe line is choked, almost an average of 15 workers will be forced to stay idle for an hour till the maintenance team fixes it back, which means you will be losing 15 man hours of work for every breakdown.

One such major site at UAE faced this issue frequently. We hate the pump blockages as much you do.

Our technical team reached the site, and resolved the root cause of pump choke, and found it to be due to insufficient initial priming. Now the everyday pumping process starts with our pump and pipe line primer CAC - EasyPRIME.

The operating pressure of the pump was brought down from 60 bar to 40 bar! The fuel that gets saved in this pressure reduction is tangible. No more blockages, and the project is back to its scheduled time frame.

Successfully tested our product 'CAC - EasyPRIME' at one of the largest Ready mix Concrete suppliers in UAE. CAC EasyPrime is basically a pump priming agent that eases the hydraulic pressure in the pump and the pipe line and optimizes the pump capacity.

Switch to the most efficient and cheaper way of pump priming.

We hate the Pump blockages as much you do! Give your pump operators a piece of ease.

Usage : Take 50 Lts water in the hopper. Mix EasyPRIME (210 gms pouch) with 20 Lts of water for 3 mins, and drop in the hopper. Now 70 Lts of primer is ready to ease your pumping, which is a great replacement of cement slurry. A single 210 gms pouch can prime 52 m Pipeline. Ping us for further details/product demo.
