Celebrating 40 years of providing excellence in the way of the highest commitment to genuine service and providing the best quality right from the humble beginnings of our founder, Sadik Modi. Nothing captures this better than his drive and dedication that began with his walking the city streets carrying glass on his shoulders not only in a bet to get business but win hearts as well. Surely and steadily with the love and support of revered clients and the vast technical knowledge and superiority acquired over time the business expanded from trading in glass and aluminium to taking contracts for glazing and manufacturing of windows for builders. By the grace of God and the blessings, guidance and support of late his holiness Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (R.A.) and Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS), Modi aluminium and glass became one of the most trusted names for windows and glazing solutions.

As the second generation took over, the business took a quantum leap in both mission and vision. Taher, Sadik’s eldest son and a natural prodigy in the field of design worked day and night alongside the city’s best architects and designers, learning not only design but more importantly the crucial skill of ex*****on. With the same drive and passion, an inherited trait, he set out to redefine what it meant to be a designer and in the process redefined the meaning of ‘design’ itself, giving birth to ‘ELITE INTERIOR AND DESIGNING’. Besides the superior skill and technical know-how, it is his excellent grasp of the true and often neglected understanding of design in the sense that design needs to be fluid, flexible, ever changing and a means of expression of one’s individuality, that sets him apart in his field, making him a household name among builders, architects and individuals alike. His superior work ethic and flawless job ex*****on has garnered him the praise, loyalty and recommendation of several prestigious clients across the country. In fact, their state of the art, one of a kind showroom, stands as testament to his uncanny skill and immaculate ex*****on, where each detail is so beautiful and elegant that it’s an art and everything is so precise and functional that it’s a science.

Whilst Taher expanded the original business in a different direction, Ebrahim, his younger brother stuck to the core, becoming a master in the trade of manufacturing windows and other fenestration solutions.

It is his unique understanding that a window is meant to be both a shield from the world outside as well as a gateway to it. To achieve the best in both these regards he introduced an entire family of system windows each as breathtakingly beautiful as the view they open to. Elite Fenestration Pvt.
