MANTHAN – Our Mission. Our Momentum.
We recently concluded MANTHAN, a defining moment for all of us at Bharat Cell as we align our vision, strategy, and ex*****on for the journey ahead.
The session was initiated by our Chairman, Radhey Shyam Garg, who set a clear and ambitious direction for the organization to achieve ₹500 Cr milestone Under the leadership of Rajesh Browne CEO
On the occasion Mr Rupesh Garg (MD & Founder) and Mayank Mittal (Director & Founder), formally introduced our core values — P.O.W.E.R.

These values will guide how we think, act, and grow as an organization.
During the session, we also outlined our strategic priorities:
Building a strong position in Mobility & ESS with a target of 10% market share
Strengthening our focus on BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) to support India’s renewable energy growth
Delivering high-quality, reliable storage solutions from Bharat Cell
It was encouraging to see the confidence from our leadership on how leading brands are choosing to partner with us, driven by our state-of-the-art manufacturing, strong processes, and design capabilities.
MANTHAN was not just a meeting. It was a clear roadmap.
Now, it’s about ex*****on, discipline, and building Bharat Cell into a strong and trusted name in the energy storage space.
