माटी के बर्तनों के प्रयोग की विधि..............
1. पहली बार प्रयोग से पहले माटी के बर्तन को चावल के मांड में रात भर भिगो कर रख दें।
2. अगली सुबह पानी से अच्छी तरह धों लें। मुलायम स्कर्बर का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
3.सूखने के बाद बर्तन पर सरसों या घी अच्छी तरह से मल दें।
4. सूखने के बाद बर्तन को गैस बर्नर पर 2 मिनट के लिए धीमी आंच पर रखें फिर पूरी आंच पर इस्तेमाल करें।
5.इस्तेमाल के बाद बर्तन को लिक्विड सोप और मुलायम स्कर्बर से धोएं।
6.पहली तीन प्रक्रिया सिर्फ पहली बार ही करने की आवश्यकता है। फिर आम बर्तनों की तरह सामान्य प्रक्रिया अपनाएं
7. जहां तक सम्भव हो भोजन बनाने के लिए लकड़ी की बनी कलछी का इस्तेमाल करें।
