| It’s easy to fall into the habit of chasing the highest RPM possible. On paper, faster rotation looks like more production but in the wellbore, it often leads to premature wear without the proportional gain in barrels.

If you want to unlock true well potential, you have to stop focusing on how fast you’re spinning and start looking at what’s happening at the sand face (point where fluids enter the well from the reservoir).

Shift the Strategy: Deliverability over Speed

Real production gains aren't manufactured at the surface; they are invited from the reservoir. The most efficient operators know that lowering Bottom-Hole Pressure (BHP) is the primary lever for increasing drawdown.

• The Traditional Approach: Increase RPM -> Force higher lift -> Risk pump burnout.
• The Deliverability Approach: Optimize P*P design for BHP reduction -> Maximize reservoir inflow -> Sustainable production.
