A home should tell the story of who you are and the design exactly reveals it. A residence design on a 450 sq mt plot with an approx built-up area of 14000 sq ft divided into a basement, ground, first and second floor. The servant rooms for all the floors are placed on the terrace. The basement and ground floor forms a duplex whereas the first and the second floor are planned as individual units.
The details are not details, they make the design. The main entrance to the duplex is on the lower ground level and the lawn at this level gives ample light and ventilation to the basement, thus making the space effective for habitat. The entrance of the house is through a double-height living room which creates a brighter, formal and a big space. The lower ground level has a formal living room, guest bedroom, a home theatre, pantry and a store. The ground floor consists of a bid Drawing/Dining, 4 bedrooms, kitchen and utility areas. The first and the second floor are individual four-bedroom units with huge Drawing/ Dining, big kitchens and thoughtfully planned utility areas.
An earthquake resistant structure and a passive design makes it a more energy-efficient and comfortable home. The orientation and layouts are Vaastu favourable and beneficial. The big openings and windows gives the advantages of light and ventilation whereas proper shades on all the openings cut the heat to get maximum natural benefits.
All the floors have big terraces and balconies which can be a used as terrace gardens and as an extended part of the living room. The lawn at the lower ground level syncs so well with the layout and can be used as an extended living area when required.
The design does not allow the eye to settle in one place and the right balance between all the elements makes it a composite and a well-planned design.

With open concept spaces and nature inspired elements to promote well being, creativity and productivity we recently designed and build office interiors of head office of Andslite, New Delhi. Andslite products like Solar Panels, Torches, Lanterns, Head Lamps, Reading lamps etc are used integrally as a part of the design. Visitors and Patrons are inspired to explore the elements and feel the energy.`
