അങ്ങേർക്കു 1 നോ 2 നോ വെല്ലോം പോകണേൽ അടുത്ത വീട്ടിലെ bathroom തുറന്നു കൊടുക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞേക്കു ....

എന്റേ മനുഷ്യ .... അതൊന്നും അല്ല കാര്യം . അങ്ങേരു പറയുന്നത് ... നമ്മൾ പണിയുന്ന ഓരോ ഇഞ്ച് ഉം നമ്മൾക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നത് ആവണം എന്നാ ..." maximum utilisation of built up spaces "
നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ പണിയുന്ന മിക്ക stair case നു അടിയും ഉപയോഗം ഇല്ലാതെ പോവുക ആണ് . നമ്മൾ ഒന്ന് മനസ് വെച്ചാൽ , അവിടെ ഒരു toilet , laundry room അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്റ്റോറേജ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുക്കാം . ഒരു bathroom നു വേണ്ടി വരുന്ന മിനിമം 35 sqft പ്ലാൻ അളവിൽ കുറക്കുകയും ആവാം . Sqft റേറ്റ് നു പണിയുന്ന വീട് ആണേൽ ലാഭം 75,000 നു മുകളിൽ ആണ് .
