“Ye HPGR based slag grinding system hai.
HPGR ke baad material compact cake form me nikalta hai, jise Cake Breaker todta hai. Cake breaker ka kaam grinding nahi, sirf flakes ko break karke fines aur free metallic iron ko liberate karna hota hai.
HPGR ke andar Cheek Plate Gap material ko side se escape hone se rokta hai. Agar gap zyada ho to pressure stable nahi rahega aur grinding inefficient ho jaati hai.
Aage Static aur Guide Vanes airflow ko control karte hain, taaki material evenly SKS separator me entry kare. Ye turbulence kam karte hain aur cut size stable rakhte hain.
SKS separator centrifugal force aur airflow ke balance se fine aur coarse ko alag karta hai. Rotor speed aur airflow se final Blaine control hota hai.
In sab units ka correct setting hi stable slag grinding, low power consumption aur better cement quality deta hai
