The unit was so dirty that it tripped the breaker and had built up so much pressure that it ruptured the filter dryer. Don't hesitate to call, if we do a yearly maintenance you could save thousands of dollars in repairs or much more than that for a new unit. Maintenance is very cheap compared to having your unit down on a very hot day.

Even when they don't look that bad, they can have hidden disasters just hiding in the crevices. The pressures were way too high and I showed this customer how maintaining your unit regularly will make things better. The pressures dropped so much that it showed they needed refrigerant. We were happy to help them maintain a running unit from 2002.

If it can't breathe it will overload your complete system. This unit is from 2010, we replaced the txv and the filter dryer and now it runs good. Don't think just because they are old that they can't be repaired and put back into use. The home owner saved thousands by just calling us, we will give you all your options, our first option is not to replace your unit.
