*Navi engineers and consultants*-A growing Construction Company in Pondicherry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin cm HR Officer to join our team.
Position: Admin cm HR Officer
Location: Pondicherry
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administration & facility management
Vendor management, procurement, and inventory control
Handling employee records, payroll, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.)
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Drafting HR policies and ensuring smooth implementation
Maintaining discipline, attendance, and leave management
Coordination with management for HR & admin strategies
🎯 Required Skills & Criteria:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliances
Proficiency in MS Office & email correspondence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle pressure
Experience in construction/real estate industry (preferred)
