As Charles Darwin said, "It's not the strongest that survive, but the ones most responsive to change." The past year was a reminder of exactly that.
The year has begun on an energetic note. Closures, sales meets, production reviews, and ISO audits are already underway. It's a busy start, but also a good moment to reflect on the year gone by.
The last financial year brought growth, new innovations, partnerships, and project wins. Alongside that, it also brought its share of challenges.
We saw higher attrition than expected and bid farewell to some very experienced team members. As new people came in, there was a natural phase of learning and settling in.
What stood out was how teams stepped up. Across departments, people took ownership, supported each other, and kept things moving forward, often under pressure.
Toward the end of the year, supply disruptions and delays tested our timelines. But the team adapted, responded quickly, and kept things moving forward.
Looking back, progress was not just about what we achieved, but how we handled what came our way.
As we move into the new financial year, there is a mix of familiar faces and new talent, all focused on building, improving, and taking on what comes next.
