Thank you for visiting our Stall in the first edition of Fire Safe Build India Expo 2023 held in Mumbai.

We were thrilled to impart technical knowhow with our fellow industry partners and end customers to share the most cost effective ways of manufacturing 30 minutes and 60 minutes Fire Rated Door-sets using the Sauerland technology offering Insulation, Integrity and Stability for 30 minutes and 60 minutes based on the required ratings.

We also displayed an actual burnt door at our stall to showcase that 100% organic Wooden Door can withstand 60 minutes Fire rating as per BS 476 Part 22 and IS 3614.

Customers were excited to know that they can use HMR or BWP Grade HDF as Door skins and 72 hours BWP Grade LVL or Solid Hardwoods for Stiles & Rails as well as for Door frames for offering HMR Fire Rated Door-sets as per the Indian customer requirements when using Sauerland technology.

KG is participating in the Fire Safe Build Expo in Jio World Convention Centre - BKC Mumbai, India from 9th to 11th February 2023 to educate the industry on cost effective ways of manufacturing Complete Fire Doors offering up to 60 mins Insulation, Integrity and Stability.
In addition Sauerland Technology helps Door manufacturers to also use Door skins of HMR Grade as well as Stiles and rails of 72 hours BWP Grade LVL as per the Real Estate Developers' requirements in India.
