The corridors of Thermax came alive with nostalgia, excitement, and countless memories as we welcomed our alumni back home for the first-ever Thermax Alumni Programme.

For many, it was a walk down memory lane—revisiting familiar spaces, reconnecting with former colleagues, and reliving moments that shaped their professional journeys.

A highlight of the day was a special panel discussion featuring alumni who represented six decades of Thermax's remarkable 60-year journey. Their stories, experiences, and reflections offered a unique glimpse into the people and milestones that have shaped the organisation over the years.

The gathering was further enriched by insightful addresses from our Managing Director & CEO, Ashish Bhandari, and Chairperson, Meher Pudumjee, who reflected on Thermax's legacy, evolution, and the enduring bonds that continue to connect generations of Thermaxians.

From heartfelt reunions and shared laughter to inspiring conversations and cherished memories, Day 1 was a celebration of the relationships, values, and experiences that make Thermax more than just a workplace—it is a family that continues to grow across generations.

Thermax EDGE Live® used AI-driven alerts plus SME support to stabilise a 15 TPH fluidised-bed boiler. Alerts flagged abnormal bed temperature swings and low economiser inlet feed‑water temperature.

Thermax Operations‑Centre SMEs worked with the site team on instrument checks, controller tuning and fuel/air/feedwater balancing, and the site implemented corrective actions as a priority.

Result: bed level and temperature stabilised and boiler performance returned to design.
