The Thermax Annual Leadership Conference 2026, anchored on the theme “This is 60", brought together leaders across the organisation for a day of insightful conversations, reflection and shared celebration.
The conference featured engaging sessions by distinguished speakers, including Kushagra Dixit, Security Researcher at the University of Bristol and Founder & Chief Scientist at EMSEC, who shared his journey as an entrepreneur and key insights on telecom security consultancy and unmanned UAVs. Dr. Janmejaya Sinha, Chairman - India, BCG, elaborated on China’s growth playbook, strategy, scale and self-reliance, striking a comparison with India’s growth story and what AI opportunities and challenges mean for the country today.
The sessions and interactive Q&A discussions sparked some meaningful conversations among the leadership team on innovation, growth and the evolving global landscape.
The evening celebrations unfolded through thoughtfully curated experiences - a special anamorphic video dedicated to Thermax’s stakeholders, tracing their journey with the organisation through the years, and a moving shadow act that captured Thermax’s culture, values and spirit of patriotism. A classical ensemble added to the celebratory atmosphere leading into the awards ceremony.
The event was also filled with gratitude and nostalgia as Chairperson Meher Pudumjee and Promoter Director Pheroz Pudumjee paid a heartfelt tribute to former Chairperson Anu Aga, first Chairman & Managing Director Rohinton Aga, and the family, reflecting on Thermax’s journey through its defining moments, achievements and challenges over six decades.
The celebrations concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony as the Thermax family and leadership came together to commemorate 60 years of shared purpose, resilience and progress.
