Over the years, many of my LinkedIn connections have known me personally, through different assignments, professional associations and business relationships.

I thought it was time to introduce Pinnacle Engineering Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. a little more formally.

Founded with a strong foundation in electrical and high-voltage engineering, Pinnacle has grown into a strategic infrastructure partner for India’s energy transition.

Today, our work broadly spans:

A Warm Welcome to FM Elektrotechnik & Photovoltaik GmbH at Pinnacle, Pune

It was a privilege to host Mr. Michael Fröbel, Chief Executive Officer of FM Elektrotechnik & Photovoltaik GmbH, Germany, at our Pune office last week.

Over a warm and substantive exchange with the Pinnacle team, we discussed how Germany’s advanced solar technology and engineering standards could be brought into our project work across Maharashtra and beyond — and the specific areas where FM Elektrotechnik and Pinnacle can explore a meaningful collaboration in solar EPC, photovoltaic balance-of-system components, and emerging segments such as Battery Energy Storage Systems.
The timing of this visit is particularly significant. With the India–EU Free Trade Agreement having been concluded in January 2026, the runway for deeper technology partnerships, smoother movement of equipment and expertise, and stronger industrial cooperation between European innovators and Indian developers has genuinely opened up. Conversations like today’s are where such possibilities begin to take practical shape.

Our sincere thanks to Michael for making the time to visit us, for the warmth he shared with our team, and for his interest in what we are building here. India and Germany have long shared a strong engineering kinship, and it is a privilege to help carry that spirit forward in the clean energy transition.

Today, on the birth anniversary of Jyotirao Phule, we extend our heartfelt wishes to all LinkedIn connections.

While we remember him as a great social reformer, I believe his life also reflects the qualities of a true entrepreneur and visionary leader.

Jyotiba Phule identified deep-rooted societal challenges and worked with clarity of purpose to create sustainable solutions—be it in education, social equality, or empowerment. He didn’t wait for systems to change; he built new systems. That, to me, is the essence of entrepreneurship.

Key lessons for modern entrepreneurs:
• Purpose-driven vision: Build not just for profit, but for impact
