For our new experienced Wind workforce, a customised workshop was conducted at the Centre of Renewable Energy - CORE Academy. The participants augmented their skill sets through hands-on training for cyclic maintenance of Multi-Megawatt Wind Turbines, specialized session on Torquing and Tensioning tools at the manufactory, and all four GWO modules.

This 1st batch of participants, configured into multiple teams viz. 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀, and 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗮𝘀, embarked on their professional journey with us to the Indian states of MH & KA.

This year’s celebrations included the Eco-Friendly Ganesh Idol-Making Competition from raw materials, reflecting innovation with responsibility, along with a Children’s Drawing Competition that showcased imagination and creativity. 🎨🌟

It was a reflection of our shared values—love, unity, and respect. The festive days were filled with team games, competitions, prayers, and cultural bonding.

This Deepawali, our tradition brought back all the Excitement and Deliciousness! Tempting samosas puffs, Kolhapuri style misal-pavs, Nagpuri style tarri-poha and surprise snack fests kept our taste buds tingling.

The PowerTeam came together to share Joy, Laughter, and Tasty Treats. From the morning excitement over what surprise awaited us to the bonding moments over shared dishes.

Dussehra, the festival that symbolises the triumph of good over evil, resonates deeply with our mission to transition from traditional energy sources to clean, green energy. Just as Lord Ram’s victory emphasises the strength of unity and perseverance, our teams along with their families came together to celebrate this auspicious day across all our wind sites.
