Our demo center is located in our Pune plant where we can show our customers some of the products such as narrow gap SAW, narrow gap TIG, narrow gap MIG, submerged ARC welding machines, idler roller manufacturing machines, CNC pipe cutting machine, presure vessel cutting and welding machine, tube to tube joint TIG welding machine, strip cladding system etc. Kaiyuan Submerged arc welding machines are desinged based on Kaiyuan special technology and Panasonic technology to ensure the high reliability and performance. Furthermore Kaiyuan Submerged arc welding machines are manufactured by Panasonic China with the brand of KAIYUAN. Kaiyuan SAW welding machine include 1200A thyristor and inverter SAW machine, 1250A AC machine which popular be used for tandem welding, twin arc welding and single wire welding etc. Kaiyuan has the best idler roller manufacturing machines which can cover all the process for idler roller manufacturing. Individal machines include Pipe cutting machine, double end boring machine, bearing and housing assembly machine, housing welding machine and idler shaft manufacturing machine.
