Another milestone in high-capacity sugarcane milling!
At Nirani Sugar Limited, Karnataka, India - part of one of India’s largest sugar groups with a combined crushing capacity exceeding 100,000 TCD – Ulka’s Heavy Duty CMR Mills of size 50” × 100”, have delivered outstanding and consistent milling performance.
The milling plant comprising of five Ulka CMR Mills, operating at a crushing rate of 15,000 TCD, has achieved:
• RME: >97.5%
• Primary Extraction (POL): >82%
• Bagasse Moisture:
