We successfully organised a Safety Motivational Program for all workers and staff. The program was conducted to strengthen safety awareness, encourage safe work practices, and motivate every worker to maintain a zero-accident culture at the workplace.

As part of the program:
1. Safety awareness and motivational speeches were delivered to all labourers and staff.
2. The importance of following safety rules, PPE usage, housekeeping, and teamwork was explained.
3. Workers were encouraged to work responsibly and report unsafe conditions immediately.
4. Safety awards and appreciation certificates were distributed to motivate and recognise good safety performance.

Snacks and refreshments were distributed to all workers as a token of appreciation. Management and safety team members appreciated the workers for their dedication and cooperation.
