ACME Process Systems Pvt. Ltd. has successfully supplied an Inoculator Vessel (4.6 KL) along with an agitator to one of our valued clients working on an advanced 4G ethanol project.

🌱 This innovative technology produces fuel by converting industrial CO₂ emissions and green hydrogen into ethanol using engineered microbes and gas fermentation, a sustainable, non-food-based pathway. Notably, this is part of India’s first commercial 4G ethanol project, targeting a production capacity of 10 TPD.

🔍 Key Insights on 4G Ethanol:
• Feedstock: Utilizes captured CO₂ (flue gas) and green hydrogen instead of crops, biomass, or algae
• Technology: Gas fermentation using engineered microorganisms to convert CO₂ into ethanol

🔷 Engineering Precision with Advanced CFD Analysis

At ACME Process Systems Pvt. Ltd., we use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to study and improve the performance of our process equipment.

Through CFD simulations, our engineering team can:

✔ Analyze fluid flow patterns
✔ Improve mixing efficiency
✔ Study pressure drop & velocity distribution
✔ Reduce dead zones inside reactors
✔ Improve heat and mass transfer performance
