Exciting news! Today, we are thrilled to launch TCGA Expression Map, an interactive, web-based tool designed to explore differential expression across 24 human cancer types. This platform allows users to investigate log2 fold changes for 42,461 genes across more than 10,000 patients, generate heatmaps, and perform KEGG pathway and GO enrichment analyses with ease. Users can also integrate their own data for side-by-side visualization with TCGA results, making it a comprehensive resource for cancer research. ✨ D Y Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune, successfully hosted an engaging workshop featuring Mr. Rajesh Mahato, CEO & Founder (Director) of ArrayGen.

The event brought together students, research scholars, and faculty who explored how Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and bioinformatics are transforming modern biology and medicine.

The session emphasized the importance of data-driven research, genomic innovation, and computational approaches in solving some of today’s biggest healthcare challenges.

The workshop not only strengthened scientific understanding but also inspired young researchers to think about future applications in drug discovery, personalized medicine, and public health genomics.

Advancing Cancer Research Through Computational Tissue Image Analysis

At Arraygen Technologies, we are leveraging advanced image computing and algorithmic pathology to support cancer research.

ArrayGen developed advanced algorithms to detect and quantify microvessels in cancer tissue hotspots using color segmentation, morphological filtering, and structural analysis. This approach extracts key features such as vessel count, area, diameter, and tissue coverage, enabling precise assessment of tumor angiogenesis—a critical factor in cancer growth and progression.

These quantified outputs form the foundation for downstream statistical and machine learning-based analysis, driving insights for diagnostics, prognosis, and therapeutic strategies.

GAME v1 is a fast, user-friendly, genome analysis GUI software for plant genome assembly and annotation from the Illumina sequences. It run on an Ubuntu 22.4 with a minimum of 64 GB RAM and 100 GB disc space, fully automated installation and ex*****on in one click, and generates tabulated quality report, figure and summary of the BUSCO analysis, genome size estimate, contig assembly, scaffold assembly, statistics of contig assembly and scaffold assembly, amino acids sequence, coding sequence, and .gff file from Augustus analysis, excel sheet and bar chart and pathways of COG, NCBI and uniport annotation, excel sheet and bar chart of repeat masking and trimmed sequences.
