Our Guru / Mentor, Yogesh Pawar, has always shared a powerful thought with us:
"An organisation’s appetite, culture, and behaviour can only grow up to the maximum potential of its founder."
This thought stayed with me and became a personal challenge to continuously upgrade myself as a leader so that I can build an organisation that is not dependent on one individual but is driven by a strong vision, capable leaders, and a sustainable growth mindset.
With this objective, I have taken up the Global Leadership Development Programme for Entrepreneurs at IIM Indore in collaboration with the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow.
Today marks the first day at the @ Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, and I am truly excited for the week ahead a week filled with insightful classes, new learning, meaningful discussions, and interactions with entrepreneurs and business leaders in Glasgow. Looking forward to gaining fresh perspectives, understanding global business practices, and learning from inspiring journeys.
Achieving ₹100 Cr revenue is a milestone, but sustaining growth, building a strong leadership team, creating a succession plan, and developing an organisation ready for the future are the real challenges.
Entrepreneurship is not only about creating a successful business; it is about creating an institution that continues to grow, inspire, and create value beyond the founder.
Excited for this new chapter of learning, reflection, and transformation as a leader.
