HPCL is pleased to announce its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reflecting resilient refinery operations, sustained market growth, healthy refining margins, and continued progress in strengthening the company’s financial position.

Key Highlights for FY26:

* 133% increase resulting in Highest Ever Standalone Profit After Tax – ₹17,175 crore
* 168% increase in Consolidated Profit After Tax – ₹18,047 crore
* Highest-ever refinery throughput of 26.04 MMT with 3.0% YoY growth
* 3.3% increase in marketing sales volume at 51.45 MMT
* Significant improvement in standalone Debt-Equity Ratio from 1.38 to 0.80
* Robust Gross Refining Margin (GRM) of US$ 8.79 per barrel

The performance reflects the impact of multiple strategic initiatives undertaken by the Company and the strong commitment of Team HPCL.

The Board of Directors has also recommended a Final Dividend of ₹19.25 per equity share of face value ₹10 for FY 2025-26, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting.
