I’m excited and happy to announce that we partnered with M/s.Porus Laboratories pvt ltd for their one of the process automation project.
We recently got awarded with a Turnkey Process Automation project order from M/s.Porus laboratories pvt ltd.
It was a package Order of complete Control&Instrumentation required for automating their existing state-of-the-art chemical manufacturing facility in Parawada pharma city -Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh -India
M/s.Porus laboratories will leverage our Process automation expertise clubbed with High end ABB DCS technology solution to achieve operational excellence, reduced Down time,High Availability of production facility , increased safety of-process, equipment and personnel and also ensure rigorous quality control across their manufacturing processes.
We @ SIGMA Automation will deliver the # 800 xA DCS solution with around 5000 plus IOs,on the latest Windows Server 2022 platform, to ensure long-term support with optimal S/w management to prevent plant downtimes.
We are offering ABB’s S900 Zone-1 remote I/O system which will offer flexibility, faser engineering &commissioning time and plug-and-play type automation for critical process automation of 40 reactors & other critical utilities which will help in increasing production facility efficiency
Sigma automation &Instruments will deliver the complete instrumentation, valves ,Errection Hardware and also take up the errection and installation as part of this project.
As India emerging as a leading Chemical and Pharma hub we believe the Scalable Process automation is the key for ensuring large-scale production with high quality in chemical&pharma production facilities
