Relevant Experience:- 2 Years
Description:-
1. To run the maintenance department efficiently so that service division can perform their task efficiently
2. Ensure that every usable component from the faulty circuit is been utilized
3. To take inward entry of the PCB from the store department.
4. To assist the production team in the fault finding
5. To perform the root cause analysis and troubleshoot in faulty PCB.
6. Do necessary rectification in an efficient manner.
7. Do rectification in the Component testing (Control card, MOSFET, IGBT, ZENER DIODE, SIMPLE DIODE, CAPACITOR, RESISTOR, OPTOCOUPLER, BRIDGE RECTIFIER, SNUBBER – PROTECTION, POWER IC, CONTROLLER IC, Circuit testing)
8. Do testing without load after solving the fault and Test the circuit with the load.
9. Do necessary maintenance & Coating on the PCB
10. Put the sign of tested Okay and then submit the PCB into the Store Department.
11. Perform final testing before assembly
12. Prepare the report of the faulty controller data.
13. Prepare the analytical report and provide the feedback to the production team or the suppliers
14. Research and development for the company
15. Continuously upgrade self (KAIZEN) on the ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS and other systems of fault findings
16. SOP writing of the Production and the Maintenance Department.
17. To add value to the production department when an organization needs.

Description:-
1. Highly responsible for Material Management.
2. To prepare material requisition plan.
3. Maintain inward and outward register of materials.
4. Provide materials as per material requisition form / Job Card.
5. Collect Inward materials and check proper materials and same inform to purchase department.
6. Make entry in Daily stock sheet and store materials at define space.
7. Maintain safety stock.
8. Prepare MIS as per the format.
9. Follow the instructions given by superior & management .
10. Maintain minimum stock of various materials in stores.
11. Prepare receipt of all received materials (raw materials / packing materials / finished goods/Trading items consumables). If the quantity or quality not matched with the predefined parameters, then inform the concerned department for the same.
12. Stock maintenance of rejected materials / goods.
13. Reporting the details of non-moving / expired / about to expire goods to the manager on regular basis.
