2D CNC Wire Bending Machine is for production of different types of wire bends. Any 2D wire bends at various angles and radius can be achieved. A simple programming language of CNC Controller enables easy programming of the part. Feeding and bending are CNC axis and wire cutting is accomplished with a hydraulic cutter. Optional multi radius configuration allows user to bend at predefined radius relatively quick. This machine eliminates the need of costly dies & tools and other equipment which were conventionally used to bend wires in required profiles. It can quickly bring innovative ideas of wire bend profiles into reality with the help of on the go programming feature or teach mode. Straightening unit provided is used for straightening of wires to desired degree of straightness.
This machine is ideal for many industrial sectors such as automobile, construction, kitchenware, agricultural equipment, hardware, accessories, decorative lightings, etc.

This automatic machine is capable of producing spring washer. Precise Roller One way clutch is provided to ensure accurate feeding. The feed length can be varied by a setting screw on a load wheel located on the back side of the machine. Quick engage and release of roll pressure helps in quickly setting of prior set pressure without loss of time. Coiling spring washer with roller reduces coiling friction to a great extent. Roller adjustment screw enables to adjust and set spring washer diameter within a given tolerance range. An optional AC Drive is provided for speed varying.

PRESSURE ON THE WIRE IS ADJUSTED BY MANUAL SCREWING OF INDIVIDUAL FEED ROLLS. A COMBINED SLIDE IS PROVIDED TO VARY THE DIAMETER OF SPRING WITH EASE. EASY SWITCHING OF LEFT/RIGHT HAND SPRING PRODUCTION. EASY SWITCHING OF PITCH OPENING FUNCTIONS. A SEPARATE CUTTING UNIT ENSURES EASY CUTTING OF WIRES OF LARGE WIRE DIAMETER. AN INCHING ARRANGEMENT IS PROVIDED FOR EASY SETTING OF THE MACHINE DURING INITIAL SETTING OPERATION. INDIVIDUAL CUTTING OPERATION ENABLES TO CUT THE WIRE FROM MIDDLE CYCLE OF SPRING TO ENSURE MINIMUM WASTAGE OF WIRE.

Special Purpose Rolling Shutter Spring Coiling Machine.

THIS MACHINE IS FOR FULLY AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION OF ROLLING SHUTTER SPRINGS. THE MACHINE IS SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT OF ROLLING SHUTTER SPRING INDUSTRY. THE MACHINE IS CAPABLE TO MAKE ROLLING SHUTTER SPRINGS OR ROLLER DOOR SPRING OR GARAGE DOOR SPRING FROM 5MM TO 10 MM WIRE DIAMETER WITH LEFT HAND AND RIGHT HAND COILING SIMULTANEOUSLY TO MAKE BOTH THE SPRINGS IN EQUAL QUANTITY. THIS FEATURE IS ESPECIALLY FOR ROLLING SHUTTER SPRING INDUSTRY WHERE LEFT HAND AND RIGHT HAND SPRINGS ARE USED IN ALMOST EQUAL QUANTITY.

THE SPRING DIAMETER IS TO BE SET IN MANUAL SETTING. AFTER THE SPRING DIAMETER IS SET, THE WIRE LENGTH IN ONE SPRING IS TO BE SET IN HMI. THE MACHINE SENSES THE WIRE FED IN REAL TIME AND STOPS FEEDING WIRE WHEN REQUIRED WIRE LENGTH IS ACHIEVED. THE SPRING IS THEN CUT AT THAT LENGTH. THE MACHINE CAN PRODUCE MINIMUM OF 1.5 TON SPRING PRODUCTION IN WEIGHT WITH SMALLEST WIRE. FOR LARGER WIRE, PRODUCTION IS EVEN HIGHER IN WEIGHT.
