At V-CUBE, we have state of the art production facilities for producing wide range of bearings with tight tolerances. In our plant, mostly all machines are imported (WMW GERMANY, TOS CHEZ-REPUBLIC) and automated with CNC’s and German make in-process gauges for maintaining consistent accuracy and quality standards. RAW MATERIAL
We at V-CUBE use SAE 52100 (100 Cr6) BEARING STEEL for producing outer rings, inner rings, rollers and balls. CRCA steel is used for producing cages. Cages are also produced from brass, bronze and polyamide depending upon the application of bearings. QUALITY AND TESTING
In a highly competitive bearing industry, excellence in quality and performance is bare minimum and therefore we ensure that our bearings go through vigorous fusion of endurance and durability. V-CUBE is ISO 9001:2008 certified company acquired in 2014. We have well equipped standard room facilities with Japan Make software based instruments like Roundness Tester, Roughness Tester, Contracer, Olympus make Microscope, profile projector and well equipped metallurgical lab.
