- Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to project managers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are used properly and efficiently.
✅Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
