Coalescence is the Annual Technical Symposium organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering of BIT Mesra, Ranchi. Coalescence emphasizes on incorporation of all ideas and coalescing them into one which would help make this world a better place to live in. After a maiden version that was hugely successful, Coalescence is back to fascinate students with the unlimited and exciting avenues of op

portunities that the world of engineering has to offer. Besides interesting the participants in fun-filled and intellectual events, Coalescence strengthens its moral fibre by supporting a theme and a social cause that are relevant to the present-day society. At a time when hazards at workplace are a growing risk, Coalescence'17 pledges to create awareness about Industrial Safety, and nip the problem right in the bud. Also, with its social cause of 'Clean and Green: The Perfect Scene', the fest seeks to promote the importance of a healthy environment and support the larger cause of the Clean India Mission.
