Biodiversity of Nitrkl Biodiversity of nitrkl aims to provide a platform for exchanging information, sharing pics and experiencing the joys of the rich biodiversity we live with.

NIT Rourkela is a one of the most reputated institutes of higher learning for engineering, science and technology in India. It has a large area of around 1200 acres. It is the home for a large number of students and staff. NITR known for its greenary, is also the home for a diverse flora and fauna. Being a technological institute, little do NITians know about its biodiversity. But it is never too

late to learn. This page is an initiative to make people of NITR aware of the biodiversity they are living with. Post snaps/videos from NITR (preferably) on this page which may be of a scenery or a tree, an insect or a bird and make people know about it.
