CROWN RUBBER PRODUCTS has been manufacturing products like “O” Rings, Bushes, Washers, Oil seals, Mountings, Diaphragm, Quad rings, Dowty seals, Grommets, Bellows, Rubber sheets and various types of Sections, Profiles, Beadings, Cords, Tubes, Metal bonded products etc. At CROWN we have a complete dedicated team for development of new products. The products are manufactured in various types of elastomers like Natural Rubber ,Styrene Butadiene SBR, Nitrile (NBR), Acrylonitrile Butadiene, EPDM, Neoprene, Silicon, Fluoro-Silicon, Fluoro Elastomers, FFKM, etc. At Crown we have in house manufacturing capacity of up to 1200mm by 1200 mm and 1000mm by 2000mm (moulding) as well as in house injection moulding from 50T to 250T. Just like learning, training is an integral part of life.

Our objective is for our workforce to understand the latest tools in the industry, keep up with technology and implement their learnings everywhere.

Crown team organised a training day for all our workforce, we covered topics such as 5S and Kaizen, work motivation, team building, fire safety drill and general interaction.

Crown is extremely thankful to Vivek Haridas and Shirish Bokil for being an encouraging pillar to our team.

Also a special thanks to our operations manager Ritesh Ghone for organising this training. A hearty congratulations to Dipak Bari and Deepak Bimre for winning employee of the month award for their contribution and hard work.

Our guests also graced their presence and helped towards a better environment by planting 2 trees in our lush green premises.

We at Crown are blessed to have stalwarts of the industry for supporting us and help us in achieving our mission towards our vision.
