While celebrating, our thoughts were also with our VP & CFO, Mr. Dushyant Deshwal, who is currently unwell and on bed rest. In a heartfelt gesture, our team visited him at his home to personally deliver a Christmas gift and convey our best wishes for a speedy recovery. 🤍

🌟 We’re Hiring: Plant Manager – Garula Industries 🌟

🏭 Plastic Injection Moulding | Fan & Motor Shaft Manufacturing | Metallizing

Garula Industries is rapidly expanding its manufacturing capabilities, and we are looking for an experienced, technically strong, and leadership-driven Plant Manager to manage our multi-process production facility.

Our operations include plastic injection moulding, household products manufacturing, fan & motor shaft components, and advanced metallizing processes.
If you have hands-on experience in these domains and the ability to lead a 24×7 running plant—this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complete plant operations: production, maintenance, quality & manpower
• Oversee plastic injection moulding machine performance and mould changeovers
• Manage fan & motor shaft component manufacturing lines
• Supervise metallizing / vacuum coating operations
• Ensure quality standards, reduce downtime, and achieve daily production targets
• Implement safety protocols & continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with admin, production & QC departments

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• 7–12+ years experience in injection moulding, component manufacturing, or metallizing processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Experience in handling a 24×7 running facility

Garula Industries is looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant with 4–5 years of experience to join our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, disciplined, and confident in handling end-to-end accounting operations, we want to hear from you!

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Payments)
• Manage GST, TDS, E-invoicing & Return Filing
• Coordinate with CA, vendors & internal departments
• Prepare balance sheets, financial reports & monthly statements
• Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash & vendor outstanding
• Support inventory and cost control processes

🎓 Requirements:
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Good understanding of taxation and compliance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
