In the inverter, battery and solar business, technical training is important, but there are some lessons that can only be learned on-site.

No matter how experienced or well trained our technicians and staff are, personally visiting a site gives you a different perspective.

You see the practical challenges, understand how systems behave in real conditions, observe how technicians approach a problem, and sometimes even learn something you wouldn’t have noticed from a desk.

For me, being on-site is not about supervising every detail. It is about staying connected with the actual work, understanding the ground realities, and continuously learning from the people who work with these systems every day.

In a technical business, learning doesn’t stop after training.
The field is a teacher too.
