Hiring: Executive Assistant to CEO & Managing Director
(BA L.L.B / Company Secretary)

AdMagneto Media LLP is hiring a highly professional Executive Assistant qualified as B.A. L.L.B and Company Secretary to work directly with the CEO & Managing Director. This is a strategic leadership office role involving legal, compliance, corporate governance, HR Coordination, and Executive Office Management across group companies.
🔹 Role Overview
This position will manage the CEO Office, support Group HR Head & Talent Management Team, oversee new company formations, ensure statutory compliance with annual budgeting & P&L Planning, and coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and leadership teams across AdMagneto Media Group Companies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Executive Support
• Manage CEO & MD office operations (6 days working
(Monday - Saturday) (9:45 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Calendar, Daily Meetings & Priority Management in Client
Meetings / Calls
• Strategic coordination across business verticals
• Confidential Documentation & Board-Level Communication
• Managing Founder’s office and Executive Reporting
Legal, Compliance & Corporate Governance
• New company incorporation & structuring & Record
Management
• ROC filings, Statutory Registrations & compliance tracking
with CA Firm
• Coordination with CA, CS & audit firms
• Monitoring tax, audit & regulatory compliance
• Drafting MoUs, NDAs, agreements & Resolutions
• Supporting annual audits & documentation
HR & Talent Management Coordination
• Work with HR Head & Talent team on hiring, Monthly,
Quarterly & Annual Budgets
• Employee appraisal documentation & tracking
• HR policy documentation & compliance
• Employee welfare & engagement planning
• Senior leadership hiring coordination
Business & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordination with client-side Project Managers
(Government, International & Domestic Business)
• Vendor companies, founders, directors & CEOs
• Corporate communication & follow-ups
• Meeting Minutes and action tracking , Daily Calendar &
Appointments
Founder & Family Office Management
• Managing Private office of CEO / MD
• Coordination for Sujeet Singh HUF Family Office / Rudralaya

🔹 Required Qualifications
✔ BA L. L.B / B.Com / M.Com (Preferred) good English and hindi
communication, knowing shorthand and hindi typing is a plus,
if can speak other Indian Regional Languages or Arabic
(Dubai) can be an advantage.
✔ Company Secretary (CS) – (Mandatorily Preferred with Agency
Background)
✔ Strong knowledge of corporate compliance
(minimum 5 years’ experience under a Top Tier CA or Legal
Firm)
✔ Understanding of ROC, tax & audit documentation with direct
application,
Form 8 & 11 etc. uploading and working on Tax / TDS Portals
✔ Experience supporting CXO office
