Incorporated in 2015, Adarsh Mines is a sand mining and processing company based in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It provides sand-based minerals, mainly river sand and multiple varieties of silica sand. The organisation has its operations spread across five Indian states in North India and is in development to further venture into the international sand market. Within a short span of time, the organisation has made a name for itself in the industry

Job Profile:
The role is based out of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The recruit will be the most important pillar of our processing activities. He/she will lead the team of managers responsible for manufacturing customised silica sand products

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop annual operating plan for the plant and ensure its attainment
Responsible for overall plant profit & loss for production, maintenance, quality control and warehouse
Handle controllable costs & expenses to meet overall cost index targets
Coach supervisors and managers to achieve performance standards with regards to quality, line utilisation and safety
Manage scheduling process for receiving and delivering raw material and finished products in a timely manner
Screen interview and manage on-boarding process of new hires
Provide training and educational material to staff as necessary
Monitor equipment and ensure they are in good working order
Solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term goals

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s/PG degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in mining engineering, production management or similar field
Experience in cement, ceramics, foundry, glass, metals, mining, paint, pesticides, rubber, refinery, railway or tiles preferred
Strong leadership skills with ability to get results through mentoring
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
Organising workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules
Direct and co-ordinate daily manufacturing operations
Educate personnel on use of control points, equipment and resources
Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
Comply with established procedures to maintain product quality
Check production output according to order specifications
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Ensure judicious and optimum utilisation of raw material
Repair or replace plant equipment as and when needed
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Required qualifications:
Proven experience as production supervisor or similar role
Experience in using various types of manufacturing equipment
Self-motivated with a results driven approach
High school diploma; Degree in technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

Able to use, repair and maintain machine and tools
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Ensure optimal level of production in stipulated time period
Adhere to production procedure to deliver quality products
Control a variety of power-generation equipment and tools
Oversee plant operations and manage rotational shifts
Monitor all operational issues and report malfunctions
Reassemble equipment after repairs and maintenance
Identify process deviations and undertake corrective action
Prepare regular reports for smooth functioning of operations

Required qualifications:

Diploma in chemical engineering preferred or any similar field
0-1 years of industrial experience as a plant operator
Plant operator training will be an advantage
