SAIFCO CEMENTS is a private limited cement-manufacturing company operating primarily in the Kashmir division of the state of Jammu & Kashmir, India. The company, established in the year 1999, has an operating production capacity of 12,000 bags / 600 MT of cement/day, upgradable to a production capacity of 20,000 bags / 1,000 MT of cement/day. The plant is equipped with latest & efficient Japanese
technology from Taiheiyo (Nihon). The first of its kind rotary kiln plant in the valley, it manufactures high quality premium 43 & 53 Grade Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) that is supplied to meet the local demand and is also approved by DGS&D, Govt. of India for supply to the Indian defence authorities as well as for construction of major hydro-electric power plants in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. provides direct employment to about 500 workers and an indirect employment to more than 10,000 wage earners through out its supply chain.
