Panel condensation is the monsoon fault nobody schedules for. Your control panel is sealed, and that is exactly why water forms inside it. Every time the load runs, the air inside heats and pushes out through the gland plate. Every time it cools, it pulls humid air from across South Gujarat straight back in. After the last shift the steel gives up its heat faster than the air around it, the door and the busbar drop below dew point, and the moisture lands on the coldest thing it can find. That is your copper, your terminal screws and your drive heat sink, not the floor where you would notice it. What follows is surface tracking across the terminal blocks, insulation resistance falling shift by shift, green oxide on the joints, and an earth fault that trips on Monday's first start with no obvious cause. The fix is not more ventilation, because in August that pulls in more moisture. Fit an anti condensation heater on a hygrostat, add an IP rated breather drain at the lowest point of the enclosure, and check that every gland is correct and the gasket is intact, since one open knockout undoes both. Swipe for the full mechanism.
