Pradeep is a Relational Intelligence Coach (RI Coach) who firmly believes that “Effective communication and empathizing relationship with others increases productivity in office environment”. Having experience in Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical industries and also been a professional trainer during his employment for 7 years in UK and UAE and then started his entrepreneurial journey 5 years back from rural India and expanded his business to urban cities. These 12 years of diversified cultural experiences, Professional training and as a motivational Speaker has helped to design his training programs in high standard and result oriented.

He conducts is training sessions on Employee Empowerment Program, Relationship Quotient, Relational Intelligence, Leadership skills, Transactional Analysis, Problem-solving skills, Inter-personal skills, which are all loaded with real-time examples.

Apart from being an MBA graduate in Operational Management from Russia and MS in Aerospace Engineering from London & Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, he is also an IATD Certified Trainer with immense interest in training his clients develop better relationship skills which bring in productivity of team in any organizations.
