**That 3AM Call: Why Your Parts Won't Eject**
We've all been there. It's 3AM, parts are sticking inside the cavity, the operator's panicking, and the shift supervisor is guessing. Sound familiar?
Here's what's actually happening: Your ejector pins are either too short for the part geometry, wrong diameter causing marks, or they're not hardened enough for what you're running. Sometimes it's the ejector plate movement being uneven. A proper ejection system isn't just pins and plates thrown together randomly. The ejector pins, return pins, ejector plate, and guide bushes all need to work as one unit.
We supply Type A and Type C ejector pins in HSS and hardened steel, DLC coated for abrasive materials, sizes 1mm to 50mm, surface finish 0.3 to 0.04 micron.
Real talk: If your ejection system is an afterthought in your mould design, your production will remind you of that every shift.
