✅ Explain service work, timelines & costs clearly
✅ Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
✅ Handle billing & invoice generation
✅ Update service details in DMS / computer system
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction (because happy customers = happy days 😊)

✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Interest in automobile service operations
✔ Tata Motors experience is a plus, not mandatory

Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Thikri, Madhya Pradesh & Balasinor, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are hiring Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, visitors, and assets at our locations in Thikri (MP) and Balasinor (Gujarat). The role also requires basic computer knowledge to handle billing and invoice generation along with regular security duties.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

Conduct regular patrols of the premises

Identify and report suspicious activities or security risks

Maintain daily security logs and incident reports

Ensure protection of company property and assets

Handle basic computer work related to billing and invoice generation

Maintain billing records accurately and submit reports as required

Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or evacuations

Follow company security procedures and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

Experience as a security guard is an advantage (Freshers may also apply)

Basic computer knowledge (billing/invoice generation) is mandatory

Physically fit and alert

Basic communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Skills Required

Strong observation skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Accuracy in billing and record maintenance

Discipline, honesty, and integrity

Ability to stay calm in critical situations
