For decades, sanitation workers were forced to enter toxic sewers and manholes, risking their lives in some of the most hazardous working conditions imaginable.
Following a tragic manhole death in Kozhikode in 2017, we took on a challenge that was far more than an engineering problem. It was a human one.
The result was Bandicoot, the world's first robotic scavenger. Today, deployed across more than 120 cities, Bandicoot is transforming sewer maintenance through robotics, advanced vision systems, and real-time gas detection, eliminating the need for human entry into hazardous environments.
But its true impact extends beyond technology.
It is measured in lives protected, dignity restored, and safer livelihoods created for thousands of sanitation workers. We believe technology should do more than transform industries. It should solve the challenges society has accepted for far too long.
