Buil-Tech Builtech engineers is steered by AP Sreeprakash whose career started in 1990 after completing his civil engineering.

He then moved on to work with Padmasree G.Shankar assisting him in building cost effective housing by habitat technologies. By 1993 he stated his own construction under the banner Builtech Engineers with 10 employees in the heart of Trivandrum city in a rented property. In 1998 he moved his company to his own building called Builtech towers in Papanamcode Jn, with a team of youngsters who have the

enterprise and innovation to look forward to a growing market. They are sufficiently backed up by project and finance teams to look after the steady and scheduled progress of the projects undertaken. His focus on keeping the highest standards of quality, incorporating the latest in design and architechture has earned him a reputation as one of the most trusted builder in the city. Under the banner, Builtech Engineers with over 300 employees now, he has completed over 250 independent villas, 5 commercial complexes and one of the most prestigious wedding complex in the city. He has been awarded Kerala Prakrithi Puraskaram in 2000 and Kerala Janakiya Asuthranam award in 2001.
