Thermosystems is a custom made production unit where HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACES, OVENS, CONVEYORS, BOILERS, FUME HOOD(PP), etc are designed and made in Stainless Steel. We Are a Small Scale Industry established in the year 1985 for manufacturing Electrically Heated and Controlled Ovens and Furnaces with Thyristor power controlled device and precise Programmable temperature control systems and custo

m designed equipments mainly for the centers of ISRO such as Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Liquid Propulsion Systems centre (LPSC), IISC, IIST and also to other institutions such as NIIST (RRL Trivandrum, Bhuvaneshwar), HLL Lifecare Limited (Hindustan Latex Limited Trivandrum), Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Science And Technology, Opto Electronics Department of Kerala University, M.G College, All Saints College, Plant Lipids (kolencherry), Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI, Trivandrum), Therumo Penpole Limited Trivandrum etc. of SS Latex Mixing and processing tank and multi station filling and leak test apparatus for M/s London Rubber Company India Ltd (TTK Group of companies) Chennai and Madurai. We have also supplied Six Drying Chambers for the Blood Bag Production Unit and three S.S Dipping tanks for the Condoms manufacturing Unit of M/s. (H L L Lifecare Ltd.) Akulam, and Peroorkada Thiruvananthapuram . We have further supplied Hot Air Ovens, Vacuum Ovens and many other equipments to VSSC for their different Divisions like BTD, Honeycomb Lab, PEPF, LFED, NFED, APD, RMPF, SOG, CMPD, AMCD, PED etc. We are custom designers and manufacturers of Industrial Equipments such as Fume Exhaust Systems, Fume Cupboards, Air Circulation Systems, SS Chimneys, SS Mixing Tanks, SS Dipping Tanks, Washing Tumblers, Drying Tumblers, Box type heat treatment furnaces, Pit Furnaces, Rotary Kilns, Drying Ovens etc. and they are working satisfactorily for the last 28 years.
