Haleem Residence at Trivandrum is a quiet blend of earth, light, and everyday life. Designed with rammed-earth walls as its core, the home stays naturally cool while feeling deeply rooted in its place. The techie homeowner needed a space that supports long work-from-home hours, so we created a mezzanine workspace that overlooks the kitchen and the courtyard—keeping work connected to family, without losing focus or privacy.
A clear linear axis runs from this mezzanine all the way to the front gate, allowing the family to instantly spot a visitor entering the property. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully clustered on the cooler side of the site, reducing heat gain and enhancing comfort throughout the day. In every detail, this home blends climate-responsive design with a lifestyle that is warm, fluid, and connected

Mango Tree House – Living With Nature, Not Against It 🌳
From the very beginning, the design of this 3 BHK residence revolved around a single decision — to preserve a mango tree that stood gracefully in the plot. Rather than removing it, the home was planned around the tree, allowing it to cast its shadow across the house and become the soul of the courtyard.
The residence is built with rammed earth walls, carrying the warmth and strength of the soil, and detailed with wooden stairs that echo natural textures. At its heart, the mango tree stands tall, weaving shade, memory, and life into the daily rhythm of the family.

The ground floor unfolds around a central courtyard, allowing rain and light to enter the heart of the home, while open living and dining areas flow seamlessly into private bedrooms.
On the upper floor, additional bedrooms and a quiet library overlook the courtyard, creating spaces for reflection and togetherness.
