BRIEF PROFILE OF OUR CHAIRMAN
Er. Joseph Mathew โ A Technical savvy with ability to leverage a broad set of skills , experiences , a strong ex*****on sense to excel in variety of roles . A born leader ,a very confident speaker and ex*****oner of his skills.
He is a Graduate Civil Engineer who had a humble beginning to his career as Structural Engineer, practicing under his father Er. S.J Mathew who himself was a well known Structural Consultant in Kerala.
In his early career ,he was involved in the design of major hospitals like West fort Hospital,Unity Hospital and many other structures .In 1989 he moved to Dubai and started his practice as a Structural Consultant with Space Consultants and was holding unlimited height design license from Dubai Municipality and have designed more than 100 commercial and residential projects . In 1993 he joined the leading Multi facet company RH Profiles as Engineering Manager with a product range of cladding , Aluminium coils and Pre Engineered steel buildings . He was trained in U.S.A on state of the art structural design software MBS and is instrumental in the expansion of RH Profiles. He designed & executed the prestigious aluminium rolling mill of RH Profile .
In 2002 he joined the Worldโs largest PEB manufacturing company KIRBY in their headquarters, Kuwait as General Manager (Sales) โ covering its Global sales. He was instrumental in setting up KIRBY offices across the Globe. During his tenure KIRBY executed prestigious projects for Dubai, Kuwait and Muscat International Airports.
In 2007 he was promoted as CEO of KIRBY South East Asia based in Ho- chi- Minh City,Vietnam. He set up KIRBYโs PEB factory.
In 2009 he left KIRBY and started his own industry โPRIMEโ in India. PRIME has designed and executed Industrial Building, Commercial building, Hospitals and Multi storied educational institutions across India, Middle east, Africa and Island Nations.
MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTED UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP
1) Aluminium Rolling Mill of RH Profiles with a height 18 metre, span 54 metre and length400 metre (Total area -2,30,000 Sq.ft) with multiple cranes inside.
2) Modulus Logistics โ 150000 Sq.ft , 10 metre high and 60 metre span warehouse at Cochin,
3) Rubber Manufacturing plant at Madhurai including multiple building height ranging from 10 to 28 metre with a built up area of 120000 Sq.ft,

His passion for travel has taken him to 66 countries to date and continuous to learn from his opportunities to improve the quality and service of our products. He updates himself and challenges are always a source of adrenaline for him. He is a passionate badminton player who spends more than 90 minutes every day to keep him fit and agile.
