The material palette balances modern industrial textures with natural warmth. The facade features a combination of natural split-face stone and white textured plaster, providing a clean yet durable aesthetic. A terracotta-hued perforated screen adds intricate texture while serving the functional needs of privacy and sun shading. Vertical teak wood paneling is integrated around the entrance to offer a warm counterpoint to the concrete elements.
Evening visibility is enhanced by integrated linear LED strips that trace the building’s curves with a warm glow. Finally, glass balustrades and frameless windows ensure minimal visual obstruction, connecting the interior to the lush, tropical surroundings.
