LRS Scheme is Back...!!!

Any “Unapproved Layout / Site (land)” owners would definitely face problems during the sale or during the construction of the building, even Bank will not sanction loans if land is not regularised. He should pay 14% penalization charges on the current market value to the Government.

In order to avoid facing all these consequences Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced the Land regularisation scheme (LRS) on 08-01-2020, to get approvals and to regularize the Unapproved layouts / site(land) by the owners.

This scheme runs only for 90 days

Landowners have to pay only 7% of the penalization charges on the current market value for the land and get approvals instead of 14% charges.

To get your approvals for your Unapproved Layouts / site (land) and avail 50% benefits with the LRS Scheme,
