In Session 2, тАЬFarm to Fashion: Stronger & Sustainable Value ChainтАЭ, Mr V Ramanath Sai Ganesh, COO, Textiles, Zydex Industries, joined industry leaders to discuss the future of IndiaтАЩs textile value chain.
Zydex highlighted how sustainability must be built across the complete journey, from cotton cultivation through Prakalp Sanjeevani, focused on resource efficiency, soil health and farmer economics, to textile processing through Epricon, enabling lower-resource pigment printing with reduced water, energy and process requirements.
The key message was clear: Sustainability should not remain only a compliance obligation. It should become a source of efficiency, innovation, value creation and global competitiveness, from farm to fashion.
