|Portable Cabin|

Size: 12 x 8 x 8.5 ft

MS Structure made from pressed mild steel channel section of C channel for outer frame ISMC and for cross section, Strong grid pattern of 2 x 2 shall be provided by C section to avoid deflection.
Top frame and Roof is made from C channel, square pipe, angle, etc.
Roof is self draining type, having both side slope.
Exterior wall is made from 1.2mm thick GI corrugated sheet with continuous welding. Interior wall is made from laminated sheet.
Cabin is insulated with 50mm thick Rockwool insulation in wall and 30mm in ceiling.
2 nos of Aluminum sliding windows with safety grill.
1 no window cut out for window AC.
1 Insulated door having external opening and weather shadow.
1 internal opening door made with half glass and half Bakelite sheet.
Cabin is having concealed wiring with electrical fittings like lights, cabin fans.
Cabin is painted with 1 coat of red oxide inner side and outer side and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint.

Portable Cabin is made from MS Material for structure strength, having self draining type roof with both side slope. Its exterior walls are made from GI sheet , the sheet is continuously welded at the top and bottom, Interior wall is made from laminated sheet.
Wall and roof is insulated with 50mm thick rockwool insulation.
Cabin contains 2 nos of aluminum sliding windows from which one has safety grill and another one has openable type shutter. It contains GI insulated external opening type door with weather shadow.
Cabin is painted with 1 coat of Red Oxide inner and outer side, And 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint on it.
For electrification there is concealed wiring is provided with light, cabin fan and plug points.
In furniture Table Desk is provided.
For lifting cabin 4 MS Hooks are provided.
