⚙️ AMMONIA CRACKER | ENGINEERED FOR RELIABLE INDUSTRIAL ATMOSPHERE

At AIRRO Engineering Co., we design and manufacture customized Ammonia Crackers for industrial applications where a controlled Hydrogen–Nitrogen atmosphere is essential.

Our Ammonia Cracker uses Nickel Catalyst at 850°C to dissociate ammonia into:

2NH₃ → N₂ + 3H₂

🔹 75% Hydrogen + 25% Nitrogen product gas
🔹 Cracking temperature: 850°C
🔹 Molecular-sieve gas purification
🔹 Final dew point: up to −80°C
🔹 Ni-Cr (80–20%) heating elements
🔹 Centrifugally cast heat-resistant retort
🔹 Shell & tube type gas cooling
🔹 Fully automatic operation
🔹 Designed for heavy-duty, long-service operation
