The FAIRFIX range provides different performance levels for different tile-fixing requirements:
🟠 FAIRFIX Mortar
A prepacked cementitious adhesive for ceramic and vitrified tiles on concrete and plastered surfaces.

🟠 FAIRFIX TA STD
For ceramic and vitrified tiles, insulating boards and acoustic boards—including damp and totally submerged areas.

🟠 FAIRFIX TA Super
A polymer-rich, non-slip adhesive with excellent grab properties for ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and natural stone.

🟠 FAIRFIX TA Ultra
An ultra-high-performance adhesive classified as C2TES1 and IS 15477:2019 Type 3 for more demanding applications.

Ordinary cement mortar may not provide the controlled adhesion, grab and application properties required for every modern tile installation—particularly vitrified tiles, natural stone and demanding wall or floor applications.

Before selecting an adhesive, check:

✔️ Surface condition
✔️ Moisture exposure

Waterproofing failure does not always happen because of poor workmanship.

Many times, the real issue starts before application — during product selection.

A terrace exposed to sunlight and rain does not need the same waterproofing approach as a basement facing seepage pressure. A bathroom floor requires proper corner, drain and pipe outlet detailing. External wall dampness may need a different treatment altogether.
